The last few days I have just felt very un-inspired digitally speaking. I have opened photoshop numerous times, and NOTHING. Not even when I opened a template to start with. I do not get this a ton, but man has it hit me. Part of it is probably the fact that I still have been VERY tired at night and cannot keep awake past 9:30 if I am sitting on the couch! Part of it is I am just not motivated for some reason. I needed some fresh fun stuff to play with and some new pictures, better pictures. Low and Behold today I got an email from none other than Shabby Miss Jenn. I don't "know" this Miss Jenn personally (although she sounds like a fabulous gal to meet), but we have kind of gotten to virtually "know"one another thru our blogs and scrapping. Well, Miss Jenn sells some great digital products at her shop, and she just asked me if I would like to be on her creative team!!! So this is my little TOOT of the day!!! I was jumping in my chair when I read the email! I have been eyeing many of her kits and for those that know me you know that I don't really buy a lot of digital scrapbooking supplies. Just every now and then and I try to just really use the goodies I have from my teams! So, I am so excited and honored that Jenn asked me to be on her team. I am now getting inspired again!!! Be on the look out for some new LO's coming soon!

So, my brother Dino is a blogger and I happen to think he is the most intellectual person I know. He had kind of a neat blog post last night. Read it if you get a second. He is the type that likes to hear what people have to say about the stuff he writes about. As you will see if you visit - I replied with my agreeances and my disagreences (I know those aren't words - I just made them up! He's cool with that! He tells it how it is though from his point of view and that I can appreciate. Love ya Dino - LOL - bet you didn't think I would ever send people your way - LOL! (especially since you didn't put - Hi Manda instead of hi Mom - come on now I comment she doesn't - LOL - still a little offended)

So I am going to lead a little Digital scrap booking class - I think at my church! There are some gals that have a lot of interest in it, and I have already sat with two of them recently to show them more. Now I am no Photoshop genius by any means, but I know I am good enough to teach people the basics!!! So I am working on a game plan as far as teaching goes and so if any of you have any suggestions please do tell. I know Kari leads some classes and maybe she can tell me a bit! Nina - I might even want to enroll your help for this!!! We can make it a partnership! Anyway - so I will keep you posted on how that is coming! And if any of you that read this from my area are interested just let me know!

That's all for today folks. I will stop back in on FRI. to go over my weekend - it's a big weekend for me for some reason - stop by Fri. to find out!!!
OK OK - I will leave you with one photo!!! LOL! This is from last Sat. when we went to the mall shopping the girls rode on the carousal! That's me and Selah and then Braelyn is right next to us looking the other way! Best picture we got - LOL! Have I told you I hate my camera?!

Sleep Relief!!!

So I just have to say how excited I am that for the last 4 mornings the girls have slept in PAST 7:30am! That is HUGE for me. The norm had become 6:15am and that is just too early for me folks! Although I must admit your day feels longer when you are up that early! So this morning I got to sleep in until 8:00am!!! It was so nice! My day has just flown by though! I guess that is not always a bad thing.

I tried to clean out my shower today. I need some good ideas from you women on what works the best on soap scum. Now I don't think my shower was repulsive by any means, but it has gotten a fair amount of soap scum build up on the walls and floor. I used bleach and BAM and scrubbing bubbles - I pulled out all of the stops. I still see some scum, though I do have to say it is 89% better already. So let me know what you all use to get soap scum off for good!

Braelyn and Kyle and Braelyn's grandpa went last night to the Sport, Fish and RV show last night! She has been talking about it all day. She got to climb a rock wall! What 2 1/2 yr old girl climbs a rock wall?! I wish I could have seen it and gotten pictures. She stood there and let the guy get all the gear on her and then she just started to climb. Kyle had to stay behind the barrier the whole time. What a brave little girl. She also caught two trout from the trout pond! They also went for some ice cream dessert afterwards so she had a late night date with daddy!

Tonight we have small group and tomorrow we don't have much planned - hopefully it stays kind of nice so that we can be outside! Tomorrow night I am going to a shower for a friend I used to work with. Should be a nice weekendwith some time for relaxing! I hope you all have a fun weekend ahead too!

On the scrapping front - I have not been real motivated unfortunately. I have some fun stuff to play with and I have just been too tired to really play. At night my computer is normally off by 9:00 - which means I don't get anything done. I cannot stay up much past 9:30 still. I can't wait for second trimest when you feel at your best in a pregnancy! I am so fortunate to feel great though. Honestly I still wouldn't know I was pregnant if I had not taken the test. There are times when I don't feel 100%, but I wouldn't think anything of it if I didn't know! What a blessing to have such great pregnancies (and labors - I won't lie - I am just blessed in the labor process too!) Unfortunately I still have yet to experience a "good" baby, but hey - there is still time obviously! I can't believe I am almost 11 wks already. I do not have my first real appoint until Apr. 10 so after that it will really go fast!
Janet Phillips has opened up her new store at ScrabookGraphics! She put up some new templates and stuff too! I just love looking at her stuff. I hope to be able to buy them soon!
Gina put out a new fun kit too - with a free alpha yet today - those cardboard alphas that I just love lately. Anything cardboard seems to be the rage! I have so much on my wishlist too that I wish I could just go out and buy! Just trying to be good stewards of our money and trying to pay off our lot. Argh - I know it will pay off, but the time being isn't so fun! So as soon as I get up more gumption to scrap maybe I will pick up a thing or two along the way!

OK - I have babbled long enough - hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping in!

Some New LO's

Here are the four LO's that I started and finished on Saturday at our church craft day!

And here is one I finished up last week, but I noticed I never posted it here. Credits found here.
Digital scrapbooking at church was fun! Everyone was doing Creative Memories and paper scrapbooking so I was the "odd one out" so to speak! They all were interested in the process though so that was fun. I spent a fair amount of time just showing them what I really did - lol! I did get 4 LO's done though and that was good I thought. I think the paper scrappers were not impressed with that b/c I think a couple girls got like 12-14 LO's done. Big difference though on what the pages consist of. I mean no disrespect, but I honestly could not go back to that way - LOL! I came in with one bag - my laptop bag. I used the smallest space there, and it is just what I love doing. It was awesome though that we were all there for one reason - to preserve memories! That is so cool to me! It was a great day - I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Sat. night we had a party at my mom's for my niece Kennedy. She turned one so we had some pizza and did a pinata and all that good stuff. It was good times! Sunday was church and thanks to my sister in law Sarah I actually got to ENJOY the sermon and worship! She took Selah during the sermon part to stand outside the door area! So nice of her - thanks Sarah - I did get a ton out of the sermon and it was so refreshing! Sunday lunch at mom's and then home to relax. We watched the movie "The Guardian" which I highly recommend. It was great. Starring Kevin Costner & Ashton Kutcher and it is about the Coast Guard. Good movie.
Anyway - so now it is Tue. my day off of work and I cleaned this morning and played outside a bit with the girls. Tonight we are having Kyle's mom and dad over for Venison steaks. I hate venison, but my hubby has found a way to cook them that is VERY GOOD! Back to work tomorrow for a half day. Thanks for checking in on my everyday life! Have a good day!

Yeah for Friday!

Aren't Friday blog titles so original?! I don't usually come up with real original titles anyway, but on Fridays it always contains the word Friday it seems like! I don't really have a whole lot to post about today. I can bore you for a short while with our weekend plans, but that is about it! I do have two LO's to share too - but some of you maybe already saw them anyway.

I had fun with these two LO's. I seem to do a lot more LO's of Braelynn for some reason - or at least I have more of her which kind of makes sense b/c she is older, but I thought I should catch Selah up a bit! These LO's were done with templates by Janet Phillips and I am doing a little challenge that she has going on to actually use some of the things you bought from her and get LO's done - So I am using a pack of her templates (three in the Gotta Scrap Now 2 pack), and then I will link her up to the three LO's and I will get to pick a new pack. What a generous offer! Plus I get some LO's done. I am working on my third LO today - started it last night, but fell asleep at 9:15 b/c I have been so tired with this pregnancy! I can't plan on getting anything done at night!

Tomorrow I get to go to our church for a Craft Day. It is from 9-5 and everybody brings whtever craft/hobby they do and they can work on it all day, uninteruppted! I am very much looking forward to it, because like I stated above - I can get no scrapping done at night lately so it will be nice to sit there and just scrap away. I don't think there is even wireless internet so I won't even be able to distract myself on the internet. Just me and my scrappin supplies. Anybody who lives by me - you are more than welcome to join me there if you need a day of scrapping! Sarah - you should come and learn all about digi scrapping - I swear you need to get into it with all of the cute pictures you have! Marci - I haven't seen any new LO's from you lately - you need to have a day too!!! OK - I'll stop bugging you gals!

Staying home tonight having tacos and not sure what we will do tomorrow night when I get back from scrapping. Kyle will probably be sick of just sitting at home! Sunday is my first Sunday in a long time that I have off of Children in Worship and will actually be able to sit and enjoy a sermon and worship. I am truly missing it. I need that refreshment I think. I only do Children in Worship every other week, but it seems like then the week I don't have it we are either going to something else, I am in nursery, or like last weekend Kyle took the kids swimming at the hotel pool where I stayed. So hopefully I can worship and listen and not be distracted by my kiddos! I have been feeling pretty good pregnancy wise - just a little nauseousness and I am the lucky gal that gets a TON of zits. I would rather have that than puking, but I just wish that once I could have the healthy glowing skin that most pregnant women get. Not me - I get red big nasty, impossible to even cover up zits! I feel like I am going to have another girl - partly b/c this pregnancy is so so similar to all my other pregnancies! But who knows - maybe it's a boy. Either way - as long as he or she is healthy and well!

OK - I have rambled on for long enough about absolutely nothing and I am sure no one is even reading this far anymore so I am signing off for the weekend! Hope you all have a great weekend, and God bless you all this weekend!

Thank You!

Thank you all for your sweet comments and congratulations yesterday! I have said it once and I am saying it again - if there is one thing I hate about blogger it is the fact that I cannot email you each back from your comment. I appreciate all of the comments though and thanks for visiting my blog - I am sure it is mostly boring - LOL! Nothing new today - day off of work and I am pretty sure I will stay in my jammies most of the day! I don't have my tahoe since it is getting fixed so I couldn't go anywhere even if I wanted to, which is fine! I did a little cleaning already this morning and will probably keep picking away at things yet this afternoon. I hope to get a page or two scrapped with some of Janet's templates that I picked up at her great anniversary sale this past weekend! I've also gotten a couple great kits to play with too from Dawn Stocstill and from Audrey Neal! I hope you all have a great Tue.!

Guess What????!!!!

Look what is growing inside my little belly!
For the last month I was really searching myself to find out if I even wanted more kids, well - I think that is right when God decides to step in and say " I decide the will of your life!" So I now need to take a step back and tell God "Indeed you do have control of my life - and I will cast all of my cares upon You". That is what I am doing right now is trusting that He will make this a great experience as I know He will. I was not ultra excited when I found out - I had a few tears, but I am coming to terms with it. When you see that little heartbeat on the ultrasound monitor you can't help but feel an amazing sense of wonder! So Braelynn will be 3 in May, Selah just turned one in January, and now I am having a baby with an expected due date of Oct. 7, 2007! Each of my kids are 20 months apart. I think I will be busy!
So that is my news for the week! We told my family today at Sunday lunch. The girls wore little t-shirts that I made with little doodle people representing each person in our family and the mom was pregnant. Dad and mom didn't get it right away, but we told them to "read" it because under each person I had "Dad, Mom & Baby, Braelyn, Selah, & Gauge". Then they got it and congratulated us! Kyle is so excited and he was actually hoping for twins, but we did confirm there was only one! I had an ultrasound to confirm a due date since I had no clue!
Well, that is what I will leave you with - I am off to spend the Sunday evening with Kyle and the girls doing our traditional pizza and movie night! Enjoy the rest of your weekend - there's not much left!

Welcome, Printing, and a LO

First and foremost I want to introduce you to my newest nephew - OWEN CADE! Isn't he just a honey? This is pretty big for me b/c he is now my 15th nephew (meaning between Kyle's family and my family we have 15 nieces and nephews - one being Jacob in heaven). So I cannot even believe that I have that many neats! Owen looks nothing like his brothers or sisters at birth - this is my sister and brother-in-law's 5 child. It is amazing to me yet that they can all look so different and special! So welcome to this family Owen - you are greatly loved!

So the mailman came to my door today with a package, and that is always a fun thing! A couple days ago (in fact I think less than a week ago!) I put in an order at Polka Dot Potato for some 8 x 8 prints (47 prints to be exact!). WOW - all the reading up I did on them turned out to be all true and they printed my LO's beautifully! They are all full bleed prints meaning they go all the way to the edge, and NOTHING was chopped off!!! I just LOVE having my LO's all printed and put in my albums! I scrap in order so it is usually not too hard to organize! I have three books going right now - a Braelynn one, a Selah one, and a Family one! Each girl also has a BabyDaze album also - for their whole first year of life. It is nice to do one of those for each child as the months go - I am pretty good at keeping up on that! Anyway - so I HIGHLY recommend Polka Dot Potato! The cost was not the cheapest out there, but I think it is reasonable! Next time I won't wait so long to print so my bill is not quiet so bad! Everybody knows I am not going to slow down on scrapping - LOL!

Here is a LO I did earlier in the week with a new kit by the all the designers at the Lilypad! This is their first ever collaberative kit and it is AWESOME!!! It is only going to be available to for 2 weeks. What's not to love about a kit designed by Amy Martin, Audrey Neal, Natalie Braxton, Katie Hadfeild, and Amy Wolf??? Anyway - there is my ad for the day - hope it wasn't too overbearing! :)

Not much going on this weekend - dinner is in the oven for tonight - baked chicken, baked potatos, rolls, and I will cook up some corn too! Baths for kiddos and bedtime! Kyle and I will watch our "24" show that we taped on Mon. night and haven't had a chance to watch yet. Tomorrow I think we are going to head to a town near us that has Disney on Ice - Monsters Inc. I told Braelynn we couldn't go b/c she keeps waking up at 6:00am and going right into Selah's room and waking her up, but Kyle says that is pretty harsh and that she doesn't understand that yet! Who knows - I hate breaking my word though. If we end up going I am sure I will have some pictures to show you! Have a great weekend everyone!!! Talk to ya on the other side of Sunday!!!
